In the book of Revelation chapters, 4 and 5 really set the stage for the rest of the Revelation. In this chapter, we are introduced to the throne of God, to the twenty-four elders who sit before the throne as well as the four beasts, which have a face like a lion, a calf, an eagle, and a man. Together they all cry "holy, holy, holy". These two chapters are the precursors to the seals and so it is vitally important to understand these chapters before we can move forward to the rest.
