General Tso whole chicken

To marinate chicken
1tbsp rice wine
1tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp salt
75gr flour
60gr cornstarch
Vegetable oil for frying

For sauce
1tbsp rice wine
1tbsp starch mixed with 4tbsp water
50gr soy sauce, 45gr sugar
1tbsp oyster sauce
2tbsp black soy sauce
40gr sugar
4cloves garlic, 1tsp grated ginger
Toasted sesame seeds and green onions for garnishing
