Rand Paul Condemns Genital Mutilation

The world must recognize that boys have human rights too, and they suffer just as much as other children from the genital mutilation of their bodies. It is cruel, unethical and hypocritical to segregate the circumcision of children by sex, protecting some children from genital mutilation but not ALL CHILDREN.
