Governor Gavin Newsom to reopen schools, plan solidifies as state fights COVID-19

A deal to help get kids back to in-person learning is close. Governor Gavin Newsom now saying the state is working hard to reopen schools. This comes as some students in other states across the county are already back in the classroom. Reporter Adam Racusin reports.
