SB289 K. Hammer TO CREATE THE MEDICAL ETHICS AND DIVERSITY ACT was voted down in Arkansas House Health Committee despite having a Republican Supermajority in the Legislator. Leftist activist groups joined the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce in defeating yet another conservative bill which would allow medical practitioners to not have to perform gender change surgery or abortion.
