As you Sing Niggunim or listen especially to stringed instrumental MUSIC.
Close your EYES and imagine your RIGHT ARM as the RIGHT side of the Hay in HaShem NAME.
Moving over your BODY at chest height as if to play a KING DAVID'S HARP,CELLO or VIOLIN
Imagine the Vav to be the STRINGS on which to play the MUSIC you are listening to or you hear in your MIND.
This will cause HaShem NAME to vibrate within you from your Soul and out into the WORLD.
This technique can also be used during any prayer service you attend with others and by yourself.
