February is Black History Month, an annual observance and opportunity to honor the accomplishments of black Americans in every area of endeavor throughout our history. Team Hill Special Observance Council, and the 75th Air Base Wing, Hill Air Force Base, UT showcases 15 people/groups broken up into three video animations for social media distribution, supporting the annual theme "Representation, Identity, Diversity."
