Do you have annoying neighbors? Are they annoying to a level where if they disagree with you they're ready to file a restraining order so that you'd have to give your guns away? This is the problem with Red Flag laws. Even when an individual doesn't have enough or any evidence, they can still label someone and that person can have their 2nd Amendment right taken away.
