The most in need in Thailand missed out past government covid-19 handouts. What a social injustice!

Thailand government gave some money handouts in the past for covid-19 stimulus
I am not quite sure but I think 2 or maybe 3 times. The problem with that was the most in need list the handouts because it was issued with a mobile phone app. After many complaints, the government decided to give another handout not with the app so all of the eligible thai can get access.
I went to a furniture shop to record a video next to this bank reason I record this video to let people know about how injustice is done in Thailand.
