Police seek attempted carjacker after deadly hit-and-run crash south of M Resort

Police officers in the Las Vegas valley are looking for an attempted carjacker after authorities say they hit the vehicle's owner while trying to steal it in the desert area south of M Resort. That person died at the scene, Henderson police say. Their identity and cause of death will be released by the coroner's office.
