Gawkers Create Hazards at Scene of Tiger Woods’ Accident

The location is in between two steep hillsides and there is nowhere nearby to park. Many people decided to risk parking along the hazardous winding and steep road. Most cars seemed aware of what was happening and were driving more cautious than usual. Law enforcement was seen correcting the situation.
