SCOTUS throws out Kelly v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

The Supreme Court announced that it will not hear arguments in Kelly v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The case was filed in Pennsylvania and disputed the state's greater allowances for mail-in ballots amid the pandemic.
