Justice Clarence Thomas Has Written A Scathing Dissent After The Supreme Court Decided Not To Hear Any Of The Cases Relating To The Integrity Of The 2020 Election.

When Scotus Decided Not To Review Lower Court Decisions Related To Issues Surrounding Voter Fraud, Clarence Wrote
“Our Fellow Citizens Deserve Better And Expect More Of Us”

Four Justices Must Vote To Hear A Case To Put It On The Court’s Docket, But Only Three Justices — Thomas, Samuel Alito, And Neil Gorsuch — Voted To Take At Least Two Of The Cases While
Justices Brett Kavanaugh And Amy Coney Barrett Voted Against.

In A Rare Move All Three Dissenting Justices Wrote Opinions As To Why The Court Should Have Taken At Least Two Of The Cases.

Thomas Began His Dissent By Saying
“The Constitution Gives To Each State Legislature Authority To Determine The ‘Manner’ Of Federal Elections, Yet Both Before And After The 2020 Election, Non Legislative Officials In Various States Took It Upon Themselves To Set The Rules Instead. As A Result, We Received An Unusually High Number Of Petitions And Emergency Applications Contesting Those Changes. The Petitions Here Present A Clear Example.”

Thomas Finished By Saying That They Failed To Settle The Dispute Before The Election, And Have Now Failed To Provide Clear Rules For Future Elections. The Decision To Leave Election Law Hidden Beneath A Shroud Of Doubt Is Baffling. By Doing Nothing, He Said We Invite Further Confusion And Erosion Of Voter Confidence.
