Supreme Court Rejects Cases Related to the 2020 Presidential Election

Yesterday, The Supreme Court declined to hear cases relating to the 2020 Presidential Election. However, Justices Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch agreed that some issues brought forth in these cases are capable of evading review. We deserve clarity on the roles of judges and legislators in changing state laws so history does not repeat itself in future elections.
