Coinswitch.co and swaplab.cc are a SCAM ALERT WARNING!!!

I have XMR (Monero) I wanted to convert to bitcoin BTC. I saw this site when I googled coin exchange. I'm not sure if this site was ever legit at one point but now it seems like a scam. I see allot of suspicious 5 star reviews. Allot of people have been ripped off by this company. I opened numerous support tickets and only got back automated Reponses. They closed my ticket without even communicating with me. I only did a test transfer of .1 monero. If I get a refund or they decide to do the right thing I will update the video.
