Today's video is my first look at Valheim the Open World Survival RPG developed by Iron Gate AB and published by Coffee Stain Publishing.

This is an early access game still currently in development.

I spend most of this video trying to figure out the mechanics, exploring a bit around the beginning of the game, and building a small shelter. I faced a few goblins and even died once!

My initial thoughts, it's an interesting game so far with some potential, but it's a bit clunky at times and the combat isn't exactly amazing.
