Cebu Tops Hill Observatory... I brought stars in my eyes :)

When some people have stress or problems, they go to a priest. Something about the view, the serenity and the comfort helps a clear the mind.
It was an excellent view of the city from Pit-os to Talisay. It was worth a visit.
