Man who lost both legs in OWI crash, shares remarkable recovery and outlook on future

A South Milwaukee man's life changed forever one year ago. He was hit by a drunk driver, which led to both of his legs having to be amputated. While most would be resentful, he is choosing to live with a positive purpose.
