12:25 – 16:00 RPD officer Chapman makes contact, just wanted to know if we were going to enter one of the buildings, we said no. He said his job was to keep the peace. I did give him a copy of the court precedents re: media access to public events. He said someone would be talking to us soon.

19:05 “Jake” security official contact: says “chief Lonnie Seay” is on site but is not available to talk to us.

20:56 Jake tells us we are violating his school “district policy” by not moving to the designated media area. I tell him “I am not concerned with your district policy” he storms off without getting the court precedent document. He walks by the RPD officer without contacting him.
