In this video I review a cheap folding, adjustable weight bench (FID bench).

This weight bench takes up less than 3 feet when fully folded and takes up even less space when you stand it up.

It’s an FID bench which means it can be used flat, inclined, or declined for a variety of exercises.

It also has an adjustable seat and padded leg support.

This affordable weight bench has a weight capacity of 660 lbs.

It’s made of solid steel with seat padding 2” thick and back support padding 1.5” thick.

It comes 98% assembled out of the box.

Only thing I had to do is attach the leg support which took a minute.

Overall, it’s a good budget bench for anyone starting a home gym.

You’ll be able to do a lot of exercises while saving money.
