I recently made a Macanese Egg Tart, and it was delicious. A very soft and sweet custard with a flaky, crumbly puff pastry. I will list lll the ingredients here in the description, so that you could try making it yourself.

Dough
-2 cups APF & extra for dusting
-1/4 tsp salt
-220 ml water
-225g soft unsalted butter

Custard
-3 large eggs
-1/2 cup cream
-1/2 cup water
-1/4 cup & 2 tbsp sugar
-2 tsp vanilla extract
