TheDefender was founded with the sole purpose of providing aspirational leaders with the skills and capabilities that are necessary in order to be GREAT.

At the same time, we spend time highlighting toxic leadership because we fundamentally believe that the more great leaders there are in the world, the greatest opportunity we have to dismantle toxic leadership.

Many of you will not know that there are mentors out there who are genuinely interested in supporting your career aspirations, your skill-set development as well as your leadership skills and capabilities within a team or organizational environment. I am one of those individuals and I encourage you to reach out to me.
