Info from Licensor: "During an arctic blast, temperatures in Des Moines reached -15 with wind chills below -30. I am always experimenting and intrigued with the unknown so during this time I decided to douse my long hair in water and stand out in the sub-zero temperatures, with his head upside down, to see what would happen. The total time taken during this experiment lasted no more than 2 minutes and the results were insane. Believe it or not, the coldest part of this experiment was when I went inside and my hair 'melted' making the water run down my shirt."
