Woman Surprised by Strange Ring of Smoke in the Sky

Occurred on February 14, 2021 / Kennewick, Washington, USA

Info from Licensor: "My daughter and I were playing outside in the snow and my daughter spotted the ring above our house. We were both surprised and had no idea what it was. It was explained as a controlled burn by our news station. It happened two more times in the next two days. The ring was about the size of a large truck or a little bigger than that and had debris in the middle of the smoke. The second circle had smoke trails behind it and dispersed quickly. The first one lasted about 10-15 minutes. It had just finished snowing before the first one but was snowing heavily during the second one."
