Texas residents face brutal weather

The arctic blast slamming much of the country right now is causing devastation in Texas. The death toll is rising and hundreds of thousands remain without power as the electrical grid is buckling under the freezing temperatures. Reporter Darryl Forges has the latest from Houston.
