Rise in carjackings highlight need for juvenile intervention, Vegas police say

Las Vegas police officers are warning residents to be aware of their surroundings as carjackings and vehicle thefts increase at an alarming rate in the valley. What concerns officers the most? Many of the crimes are being done by teenagers.
