Beginner/Intermediate Home Chest Workout
Pushups Neutral - Wide (10 reps each)
Incline Diamond Pushups (10 reps)
Dips - Forward Lean (10 reps)
Archer Pushups (5 reps each)
(Repeat 2-5x) Rest 30 seconds between
I did this for 5 rounds and got a good chest workout, depending on your fitness level adjust numbers to make a good workout. Hope yall enjoyed the follow along video!
