Driver not paying attention to traffic slowing in front of him, or simply being impatient and wanting to jump the queue of right turning traffic?... you decide.

Either way, the outcome was the same... last minute switch of lane without indication - only 10m ahead of me while I was doing 70kph... in the wet!
