U.S. Army 1st Lt. Jasmine Windley, assigned to the 3rd Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment, shares her journey from high school to becoming a Spelman College graduate and officer in honor of Black History Month at the Reed Museum in Vilseck, Germany, Feb. 18, 2021. Windley, a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear officer, details family stories and Garret Morgan, the inventor of the traffic light and gas mask in honor of the national theme, “Black Family: Representation, Identity and Diversity.” (U.S. Army video by Sgt.
