Jasmine Windley, assigned to the 3rd Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment, shares her journey from high school to becoming a Spelman College graduate and officer in honor of Black History Month at the Reed Museum in Vilseck, Germany, Feb. 18, 2021.
