Nutria Catch and Cook (Its good)

Last minutes of duck hunting time and this big ol nutria decided to swim by. Went ahead and shot it and another one on the way out. Decided to cook one up and see what it was like. Pretty good. Nutria are a destructive invasive species in the United States.
