Racist Biden doesn't think Blacks and Hispanics are smart enough to use the internet

Joe Biden has a history of making racist comments, and during the CNN town hall, he made another one.

As he was discussing the need to cater his covid vaccine distribution to the Black and Hispanic communities, he said that these groups in particular don't know how to use the internet.
