UPDATE: Bella, a dog whose owner died from COVID-19, got adopted

After her owner tragically passed from COVID-19, 8-year-old Bella, a small Schnauzer mix, was surrendered to Heaven Can Wait Animal Society’s Pups on Parole program. And now she has been adopted.
