There was no excuse to trespass on my property with the obvious No Trespassing Sign he literally tripped over , walked up my driveway and reached inside my fence, into my backyard and snatch anything without express permission.

That is a very dangerous option he took. I called the Police as I should have, he also should have called the Police, not just trespass and grab anything over an electric locked gate into my backyard.

I would hope one of you explained to him that was a "Very Stupid" move. Also, if he is seen back in my yard I will request a "Trespass" against him.

That very malnourished dog was in my side yard on Dec 22 2020, about 16:00 hours. I let him in, I feed him and he stayed in a fenced yard through Christmas week. I took him to Animal Care December 30, 14:30hrs. Had him examined, notice of weight was 23lb. He received all the necessary shots including Rabies. Made appointment for Jan 28 10:00hrs for Neuter and Microchip, which he received that date, his weight was 35lb. And healthy at that time.

Now on Feb 17 2021 "57" days that the dog was in my backyard, someone, I do not know, walks up my driveway, and snatches over a locked gate that dog. Rather STUPID MOVE. He could have approached me and inquired about that dog at anytime as we all know he(Dog) was only a few hundred feet away from the guys house in a protected fenced yard, directly across the street. Every day for 57 Days.

That dog as stated has a microchip registered to me at my address, a Rabies Vaccination Certificate registered to me at my address. I took minimum safety measures 8 days after he arrived and got him shots. Then Jan 28th took him to get Neutered and Chipped as any responsible citizen should do, if they planned to keep any stray animal.

Should he want to have all the registration and microchip information transferred to him, I have a total bill receipts in 57 days of $146.37 + $250.67 = $397.04 from Animal Care (Not Including Any Food or Boarding Costs)
