CEO M Zuckerberg contradicts his own position on vaccination

Project Veritas has released a new video in which Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg contradicts his own position on vaccination.
In a July 2020 video provided to Project Veritas by a Facebook insider, Zuckerberg expresses concern about the new COVID-19 vaccines and their effects on human DNA and RNA.
"I just want to make sure I share some of the caveats about this [vaccine], because we just don't know the long-term side effects, basically modifying people's DNA and RNA... their ability to produce these antibodies and what causes other mutations or other risks... So, work is underway on both areas of vaccine development, " Zuckerberg said.
What Zuckerberg said in this secret recording is not even close to what he said publicly about vaccination. For example, during an interview with the chief infectious disease specialist of the United States, Fauci, he agreed with him and did not ask any sharp or important questions.
