THIS is what you were looking for for Tea! And I don't even touch the dough with my hands!
Airy, tender inside, crispy outside for tea for a penny! This is the most successful, simple, delicious and budgetary donut recipe like in childhood. Perfect with hot drinks instead of the usual cookies! You can serve donuts with jam, jam, sour cream, condensed milk or just like that. It's delicious anyway!
Ingredients:
Add 20 g of sugar to 500 g of flour.
5 g dry yeast and 5 g salt.
1 chicken egg.
150 ml of warm milk.
400 ml warm water.
Cover the dough with foil and send to a warm place for 1 hour.
When the dough has risen and doubled - mix, cover again and send for another 20-30 minutes. relax.
Look what a lively and fluffy dough !!! I stir it a second time and you can cook.
I transfer the dough into a pastry bag or a plastic bag, in which you can cut off a corner.
I squeeze the dough into the heated sunflower oil, cutting off portions with kitchen scissors. CAUTION! Hot oil temperature is about 150C
Use a slotted spoon to turn donuts all the time. Cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.
Roll the finished donuts in sugar.
Enjoy your meal!
