HB 2770 ends the requirement that Arizona business must enforce the mask mandate. State Rep Joseph Chaplik introduced the bill in the House Commerce Committee and it passed along party lines, 6-4, and will move to the full House for a vote.

Democrat State Rep Charlene Fernandez voted to keep the requirement because she said Yuma was hit very hard by COVID but also admitted Yuma residents wear masks. Does she not hear her own words? She admitted they wear masks and still were hit hard by COVID. I guess those masks don't work so well. Her part starts at 4:03 with the gold at 4:58.
