Kratky Hydroponics

This video shows our method of growing lettuce in hydroponic buckets using the Kratky method. Special thanks to MHP Gardener for inspiring us to get started in this method! We explain what you will need, and show you how to get set up for growing your own lettuce in hydroponic buckets. It is easy! We hope you will be encouraged and give this a try for yourself.

Buckets with lids: We purchased ours from Menards, but discovered the square buckets have been discontinued. Round buckets will work just fine. Use the appropriate amount of nutrients for the size of your bucket. The lids do not need to have a seal.
