Several millions Texans are without power following a historic snowstorm.
Half of the wind turbines were reportedly frozen, with the rest operating at "10 percent of their installed capacity," director of Life:Powered said.
Electric providers are warning of extended outage, with Houston governor wrote on Twitter that the blackout may last "throughout the day."
