Former Blackman Twp. public safety officer David Lubahn was bound over to Jackson County's 4th circuit today. Lubahn is accused of misconduct of office and perjury stemming from 2019 incident at Comfort Inn and Suites. No court date has been set yet. If found guilty, Lubahn could face up to 20 years in prison.
