Retaliation 'premature' for Iraq attack -State Dept

Department of State spokesperson Ned Price on Tuesday said the U.S. was still working to determine who was responsible for a rocket attack on U.S.-led forces in northern Iraq that killed a civilian contractor and injured a U.S. service member, the deadliest such attack in almost a year.
