Crispy Red Dill Potatoes | Short Sides

One of my favorite sides are these crispy red potatoes. They are soaked in butter and coated in garlic and herbs and baked until crispy and delicious. Add them to pork, chicken or scrambled eggs and you will see why they are such a huge crowd favorite.
