2021 Polar Vortex—Did The Chickens And Ducks Survive?

The temperatures have not gotten above freezing in over a week. At -15 degrees, last night was the coldest night so far! This “chicken coop” is just a very basic lean to. It didn’t even had a door. We are temporarily using a piece of siding to completely enclose the coop to help protect the birds from the unusually cold temperatures. There is no insulation and no heat lamp.
