I made this the other day while the family had loaded baked potatoes! This is a great way to keep it low carb/keto ❤️

All you need is:
Raw broccoli or cauliflower
Olive or Avocado oil
Cheese 🧀
Sour cream
Bacon🥓
Optional: Green onion

I baked my broccoli and cauliflower mix in the oven at 450F but I’m sure you can airfry it as well 🎉
