Mary shows us how many metals and chemicals the Relax Sauna has been proven to remove.
Hi. I’m Mary. I love these saunas. One of the reasons that I love these saunas is sweat. Regular sweat: (She points to a beaker of regular sweat on a chart that shows regular sweat.) This one has a lot of water. (Then she points to the picture of the beaker that shows an analysis of the sweat from the Relax Sauna.) This one seems to have a lot more metabolic waste, dioxins cadmium, heavy metal and fat. That is very interesting for people to see. It’s not just ordinary sweat. You’re sweating out higher concentrations of things that you really want to get out of your body.

And, in about 15 minutes, for myself, I felt like my heart rate really, really picked up a lot. To me, that’s a lot better than running. I’m sitting here in the box my head is out. I put the fan on four and it’s a great way to relax the body. And, at the same time, I’m getting a wonderful cardiovascular workout without having to work very hard. People who have excess weight on their bodies, it’s not an option for them to run or to go to the gym or go on a stair master and put extra pressure on their knees and ankles.

But, they just sit here. Put the TV on or their favorite activity, sitting watching TV and they can sweat and burn out this kind of fat from the body. It’s very beneficial. So, I would recommend this for anybody that even wants to change their lifestyle. Burn out the old. Make way for the new. Maybe it may be cancer, lymphatic issues or liver conditions or skin conditions, I worked through my own skin conditions with one of these and it’s pretty amazing. Sweat really heals. So, ‘Know Sweat, No Sweat.’

Phillip -Yes. Now, I got a question for you. You said you just flew here. You brought the Relax Sauna with you.

Mary - I didn’t bring it. I have one here. I have one here, I have one there. I have one everywhere I go. And, I recently was in New York and the temperature was like 7°. My brother called me. He was at my house. And, he said the heat wasn’t working. The boiler went out. Go sit in the sauna. It’s an option. Right?. Turn the sauna on. Let it heat the house.

What people need to know is this kind of sauna is different than other saunas. I mean, there are infrared saunas out there. But, they have different technology. And, what did you tell me the other day? This one is 95% far infrared technology.

Phillip- - Probably 99, yes.

Mary - Yes. Some other ones out there probably have about 40%. You might find less expensive saunas on the market but if the technology is different. You’ve got to understand what’s happening with the infrared technology. That’s what makes this sauna so effective.

Phillip - How long have you had the sauna?

Mary - The first one I got at one of these expos, I got it for my mom for her arthritis. That was probably about 10 years ago. She was using it for a while but she only used it for about 15 minutes and then she would get out. She wasn’t one for sitting still for too long. After 15 minutes, to me, is where it starts to happen. So, a lot of people, if they do it for 15 minutes it’s like working out for a half an hour. You’re just starting to get into a fat-burning mode and then you quit. So, sometimes, it takes a little patience.

My partner, James, will sit in the box to do his meditation. He puts on a YouTube video. Then he’ll have like an hour-long meditation. It keeps him in the box longer. It keeps him interested and he works on a meditation program in the box. So, it’s like a little meditation box, too. A meditation chamber. And, he goes in for an hour. When he comes out of that thing he’s skinny. It’s amazing. If you wanna lose weight, That’s the way to do it for sure.

Phillip - What do you like best using the sauna for?

Mary - Sweating. I definitely think sweating is an important thing. Circulation, detox, getting rid of the old, maybe sedentary, not enough exercise. You’re sitting here. You sweat. You’re getting a good workout.

Phillip - So, what’s the difference before you get in the Relax Sauna and afterward after you get out?

Mary - Well, immediately I feel my heart rate picking up and that’s how I know I’m starting to work. So, when I get out, I feel much more energized, because it’s moving the lymph. Or whatever it’s doing, it’s moving stuff and I feel lighter when I get out of the box for sure.
