On This Episode:

- The New York Times have issued a retraction over their story on Brian Sicknick, the Capitol Police officer that died on the day of the Capitol riot.

- Ice storms in Texas have caused mass casualty accidents and rotating outages to protect electric grid reliability. Indiana is expecting a foot of snow. Engery conservation initiatives in Nebraska during this cold snap. Check on your neighbors and make sure they are warm.

- Utah has passed concealed carry without a permit. We discuss Second Amendment issues and the Biden Administration "gun control" initiatives.

- Michael van der Veen's home was vandalized while he was defending Donald Trump in the impeachment trial.

- MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace says it is "Republican schtick" to "hide behind" The Constitution. Not a day goes by where they don't let you know exactly what they think of you.

The Big Story:

Donald Trump was acquitted in his second impeachment trial with a vote of 57-43. Democrats wanted to call witnesses and Trump’s legal team agreed, promising to call Nancy Pelosi, Kamala Harris and other key Democrats to testify.

Democrats will now be moving on the 14th Amendment to prevent Donald Trump from running for office again. This is not about punishing Trump, it is about punishing his supporters.
