Trick your body into doing a lower push-up by using this trick. Take a hard durable object that is approximately eight to twelve inches off the ground. By placing one hand on this object and the other on the ground... you trick your body into going lower. Keep your head and eyes up and keep your feet no wider than 12 inches apart. Breath in thorough your nose on the way down and in though your mouth on the way up. If you get tired, don't just up and quit but as Sgt. Ken demonstrates, rest in a authorized resting position. Reach until you can't go anymore... then switch to the other side.
