NY Times Actually Tries to Compare AIDS to COVID in a Call for Easing Coronavirus Restrictions

I wish the title of this video was clickbait, but it isn’t. In calling for an easing of coronavirus restrictions, the New York Times had the audacity to compare the AIDS “epidemic” to the current pandemic. In doing so, they also rewrote the history of the response to the spread of AIDS, made it about the gay community being oppressed, and then compared the measures being taken in fighting COVID to the work of fiction they created.
