Will Crozier has conducted well over $300 million worth of real estate transactions since starting up the business with a partner back in 2010. As Managing Principal for CapEx Ventures his focus us taking down large deals. He kicked off his flipping cars and houses and quickly made his way to multifamily and credits his success to building a team of advisors and mentors while working hard on execution.

Today, he is now primarily an angel investor and focuses on humanitarian work. In this episode, we discuss how he got his start, the successful materials company he built and sold off, and the determination it took to see his dreams through.
