Wood turning a bowl from Redbud

My Father-in -law gave me some pieces of a Redbud tree he cut in his yard. I've never turned it and wanted to see what it looked like and I'm glad I did. I have heard it is very prone to cracking, even when dry, and this one lived up to that reputation. Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy the video!
