Burned house - Burned lives

Video of a burned out house on the eastern shore. Have to wonder why nobody came back for possessions. Soundtrack is (rue de berri) by Sunslide (Nigel Simpson) Open source downloaded from archive.org and altered only slightly. Usually do my own soundtracks but this seemed to fit. Don't know anything more about this house.
